Organism: Mus musculus<br> Summary: It has been reported that low concentration of lysine suppressed lipid accumulation and transcription of several adipogenic genes in 3T3-L1 preadipocytes, however, the detailed lysine deprivation-specific cellular transcriptomic changes and the altered pathways have not yet been fully decrypted.<br> Overall design: Using 3T3-L1 cells, we performed RNA sequencing on undifferentiated cells, differentiated cells, and differentiated cells under a lysine-free culture medium
